Dr. Windley is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Brigham Young University. Prior to joining BYU, Dr. Windley served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the State of Utah. Dr. Windley has also served as Vice President for Product Development and Operations at Excite@Home and as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of iMALL, Inc. an early leader in electronic commerce.
